Just In case your listening  GM management :

I voted  against electing all  members....  I would have rather voted my shares by selling them,  but as they are 9%  lower than where I got in on them...  consider  me still as your boss until  I do sell them.

Personally, I would love to come into the office and  really tell you how I feel and what type of job you all have done and laugh when you ask for your bonuses....  I would love to treat you how my bosses have treated me when they felt I was not getting my job done  and believe me they would hold me accountable.

So by me voting against all members, consider that i'm trying to hold some of you accountable for the poor performance  of a stock that should be rocking coming off bankruptcy.

Please Gm  get your stuff together.....  don't give us excuses,  you are paid to get the job done and the job is not getting done..

From a shareholder   and long time  GM vehicle buyer....

Sincerely,

LORDZ

Does anyone really think they have done a good job or was it just the magical hand of gov.

Lordz  knows it was the magical hand of billions of tax payer dollars that kept  the auto industry afloat  and  GM  had the biggest anchor attached to them.

But why has the stock and company not done better ?  How nice is it to have a check from the gov  ~   a virtually blank check.

Enjoy your bonuses...   and I do hope one if not more board members are not  re-elected  ~  but that is only  a pipe dream.

Gm wasn't smart enough...  a bunch of idiots made a lot of money  sending the  company  to the  brink  of ruin...

I would list each one and call them out if I could.

Only the BS slogan of  too big  had our gov take extreme actions, must be nice to have the ability to throw a  few trillion around and not worry about losing a few billion to  shrinkage.

A lot of people some with broken bodies from assembly work,  deserved a better legacy  than the  c  r a p   new GM  emerged from.

New Gm smells a lot like old GM,  the new car scent is turning quick.
