The "weight-loss drug companies" sub-portfolio is another example of the "baskets strategy" (see this post) doing alright.

There are currently 1900/1500/650 ARNA/OREX/VVUS shares in my fund with break-even of around $5.62/-6.28/-45.99.

1900 * ($1.78 - $5.62) + 1500 * ($3.66 - (-$6.28)) + 650 * ($18.73 - (-$45.99)) = $49682.

So the ARNA/OREX/VVUS sub-portfolio is in the green by around $49682 currently.

yeay.

OK, it's GO TIME

I have been loading up on ATPG all day.

sold my stake @20 last year....

At $150US oil in a few months, ATPG is priced at 1x EPS and 0.5 cash flow.

At $200US oil, ATPG is 0.3 P/E and market cap today = 6 weeks of cash flow.

BEST CALL OPTOIN ON OIL OUT THERE, in my humble opinion.

Probably a $50 stock this summer on new war reality, with 20 years of oil and gas reserves in Gulf of Mexico.

Full Disclosure:  This stock isn't worth much at $100US oil - it is purely a bet or "hedge" on skyrocketing oil, and should be a VERY small exposure of 1% or 2% of any intelligent portfolio construction.
