It has been said many times, in many places "The Trend is your Friend".

When spotting a trend incredible "Egghead Power" is required.  The microanalysis stuff is fun, but at a certain point simplicity does Rule.  As does common sense.

Looking to 'discern' the current trend?  Ask yourself a simple question.  Which way is 'UP'.

If you can't answer that question, then I am afraid there is little anyone can do to help.

Ad,  I hunted up your blog to tell you that I admired the comments and the experience you related on Deej's blog about Peltz (http://caps.fool.com/Blogs/ViewPost.aspx?bpid=220829&t=01001019292467236494)

Working with kids, especially in competition, reveals character in a way that few other things can.  That is a trend that is also a time-honored truth.  It is a pleasure to know you.

Thnx Mary.  Pleasure to know you too.  It is annoying when folks bring the office home and to community, isn't it?
