Have you ever been outside the USA? The rest of the world has allready been doing this for years. I do admit that is sucks becasue its a lot more costly that back in the states however it has not effect on commerce
What rest of the world? Democratic Canada or communist China? And no effect on commerce? If you have to pay $1000/month for a top speed connection, it will be quite an additional barrier when you start-up your rental agency against Avis.
What about this website? How many of you saved/made money because Dwot and Floridabuilder and so many others warned of the banking/building problems? Would you be here if it took three times as long to load or change pages? Would Dwot or Floridabuilder have spent the time to post?
How about the Calculated Risk weblog? There is no better place on the web that I have found for a common sense reality check about banking and regulations. But the first time I looked there if it had taken five minutes to load I may left. Would their weblog even exist if it cost them money to set up a slow connection?
You admit it sucks? There is already enough suckage. Click the link and stop the suckage.
