Alstry Fairies, Techno Fairies, Sinchi Fairies, Gardner Bros Fairies, TMF Blogger Fairies....we could go on and on.......

We are watching our country, its people, and the people of the world get fleeced and we all feel powerless to do anything about it.....not only that, the mal behavior is becoming so open and obvious that inevitably it will lead to social breakdown resulting in chaos.

As I have posted before...evil triumphs when the good do nothing.  And right now, all of us are not doing enough.....what is enough????......I am not sure.....but understanding and seeing the problem is a good first step.

Alstry has done his best to warn you for the past year.....it seems like many of you are waking up.  There are a few others who have consistently provided excellent material, discussing in a variety of ways, that the entire worlds economy is basically one big Ponzi scheme now benefitting fewer and fewer.

WHAT HAPPENED TO JUSTICE IN AMERICA???

Yesterday, I linked a story about a person who started his own hedge fund, things didn't go quite right, and lost it all and is now delivering pizzas and about to lose his dream home.  This was a person, prior to starting his own fund, was making a large income and probably paying hundreds of thousands of dollars in taxes per year.  But when things went South, he lost it all and is now delivering pizzas.

What happened to this gentleman and his family is unfortunate...but it is capitalism.  You take action, you take risks, if things work out you are rewarded....if they don't, you fall down.....only to hopefully get back up, brush yourself off, and try again.

But Wall Street Financiers did exactly the same thing...made poor decisions, lost on those decisions...AND LOST BIG!!!!  In sum, lost more money than the nation has saved since inceptioin.

Now we as a people and a nation are being extorted by these individuals that if we don't give them EVERYTHING we have......they will destroy the "system" and maybe the way of life as we know it.

Is it time to say FU yet???????

Too big to fail?????  WTF does that mean?

If you work for the right Wall Street Bank, you get bailed out for you stupid decisions.....millions in bonuses and the legal right to foreclose on the assets of Americans all across our nation.  If you work for a Non Wall Street financial institution, the following happens:

Calamitous day sees banks, credit unions seizedThree banks, two corporate credit unions taken over by regulators in evening

At some point in the near future Americans will wake up one morning and realize the entire wealth of the nation is concentrating in a few bankers and banks hands.  It is easy to see if you are looking for it.  If you work on Wall Street you get bailed out, if you work anyplace else...FU.

If you don't think that your politicans in Washington know exactly what is going on.....either we must remove them right now for incompetence or the anger level of our nation is going to escalate to a point that complete social anarchy will result as it will no longer be a nation of We the People...but You the People and We the Banks.

The extortion can't work...becuase our system of justice has broken down already.

The answer...reward those who practiced virtous behavior....worked hard, saved, and lived within their means by protecting their savings deposits.  Those that belived in the Full Faith and Credit of the United States......your belief was well grounded.  Those of us that took risks, we bear the responsiblilty of our actions and will have to live with it.

The problem I see now is that if this behavior continues much longer....more and more people will wake up.....many of them will be on the streets.  At that point there options are few and none of them are good.

Even if you think you will be fine.....if you are walking out of a grocery store with a bag of groceries in your hand.....and there are a hundred hungry people waiting outside.....who do you think will be holding those groceries in a very short period of time?

You question Alstry???  Good!!!  you should.  But go down to downtown Detroit with a bag full of groceries and walk down many many streets at night.......see what happens????  Don't do it....but you get the point.

A potential solution:

ALL insolvent institution should be shut down or restructured.  Not a dime of tax payer money should go to employees of a failed institution.  All shareholders and bondholders get wiped out to the appropriate restrutured level.  All bonuses that have been given to any bailied out institution, when it was known and should have been known that the business was insolvent, should be taxed 100% and those responsible for giving them out should be charged with CRIMINAL FRAUD...just as any taxpayer would be for cheating on his or her taxes and keeping money that rightfully belonged to the taxpayers.

Should we bail out Madoff and give him a bonus for his improper behavior????

Any taxpayer money should go to funding a NEW financial institution that is well capitalized and has the CONFIDENCE OF THE PEOPLE AND THE WORLD.  A new clean financial institution would be a magnate for private capital and would lead the way for any recovery based on integrity sound business practices.

The current institutions are so corrupted that they simply can't stand.  They have usurped the American System of Fairness and are destroying our moral fabric.  The few are stealing from the many and the many our sitting back and doing nothing.

Our politicans have been bought and there allegiance is to Wall Street and not the American People.  K. Denninger posted this video and I think it is very good.  We need more politicans like this:

Alstry has a pretty good ability to read people and situations.  Trust me, I know how to piss people off if I want to.....I know many of you who read this blog could never fathom such a situation...but I have been known to INTENTIONALLY mix things up a bit.  Make no mistake about it...many were involved in this financial ponzi scheme.  Many improperly took advantage of game and now a few are bein rewarded for their criminal behavior.  How long do you think that will last before people get upset and agitated.

We basically have a network of Wall Street dealers of financial crack and a population who took it and enjoyed the party.  But, when you financially reward the dealers and punish the users....you get an imbalance of justice.  When the scales of justice tilt too far in one direction, social order breaks down.

We CAPs players have a little more interest on this subject then the average person as we are playing this game.  Some of you have amazing insight.  For some, investing is more than a game...it is a passion and a way of life.  It drives positive changes in society and rewards those who are fortunate to take the right risks and punishes those who may not have been so fortunate.  The system is not perfect....but it fosters freedom, independence, and the pursuit of excellence and better than any of the alternatives currently available.

If we allow the current process of paying off the dealers and punishing the users to continue...in the not too distant future there will be many many families infected with the FU virus out on the streets with only their wits for survival.  The epidemic will spread as few will have jobs, savings, or means to support themselves.

Think about a situation where each time someone walks by your house knowing you have food inside and they and their children are hungry....do you think they are going to keep walking by???  You think a gun is the answer???  What if it is a thousand, or ten thousand hungry people outside...all hungry and all knowing there is food inside????

Don't you think its time to start addressing the problem responsibly.  Let's stop rewarding the dealers and start figuring out how to deal with a growing population infected with the FU virus.  And let me tall you....the numbers infected are starting to grow parabolicly.  Soon it will be too late if we do nothing........so many will be infected that there will be no social order.

Why are we a bunch of Fairies????....you should be able to figure that one out.

If you're mad at Wall Street for planting the seeds of chaos, you should be even madder at the federal government that (1) didn't investigate corruption until it was too late (Madoff), (2) relaxed other regulations (Fannie Mae Freddie Mac), (3) bailed out the bankers with our money, and (4) that is now taking more control of the economy. I don't see bankers being the power brokers in 2012 - I see politicians stoking public anger at a few capitalists (that they helped!) so that the politicians can walk away with the power and the loot to boot.

That would be fantastic!! Now who is going to implement it? People aren't "faries" but there is nothing anyone can do about any of this stuff. There are mad, motivated, vocal groups, against all this crap, but the powers that be don't give a fak. Your ideas, my ideas, Freds ideas, Moes ideas, NOBODY CARES!!! The big money players spent 5 Billion last year buying political control on both sides of the isle. Big Money and Big Guns make changes, we the people have NEITHER. It's all well and good, but in the end we are drones, slaves, and captives of the system.

Fantastic post again!  I hear you loud and clear and I see one large problem.  Not yet are there nearly enough angry and hostile hard working honest tax paying citizens.  Not yet do enough Americans see what you and a few others see in our government and it's networks.  What development has to take place before We The People wake the "F" up in masses?????  Maybe we will know some of these answers in 2010 when We The People head back to the polls.

Brad is right with his input and it is a common theme among the masses today.  Who?  What? will lead the revolution against our currupt government?  A current politician????? Not one of them in current government has the teeth in their bite to stand up and lead a revolution against their fellow politicians!  They all lie.

That would be fantastic!! Now who is going to implement it? People aren't "faries" but there is nothing anyone can do about any of this stuff. Good post alstry. Best part is that you chose to include some solutions along with listing the problems.

We'd all be better off if people kept stating solutions instead of just complaining.

The solution to the problem is very easy.  It has always been easy.  The problem when I started blogging is that most were not ready for it as our politicans, main stream media and Wall Street was too busy hiding it from us.

Just look at the BS behavior by the two anchors on the video clip above from CNBS.  Those two should be fired immediately and charged with conspiracy to aiding criminal fraud.

Go back and look at my blogs from the beginning, taken in context, they are not much different than my blogs today....it is just most of your awareness has become clearer to the realities.

Yes my friends, there is a lot of printing of money going on right now...BUT ALMOST ALL OF IT IS GOING TO A FEW ON WALL STREET.

We are systematically impoverishing the nation and a few rich on Wall Street are going to own all of the means of production in America and get to choose who lives and dies.

Right now in Florida, in a number of areas...commercial rent is below the cost of maintaneance, insureance and property tax.  That means if you own that piece of commercial real estate free and clear with NO DEBT.....the building is economically worthless because it costs you money to own it.  This problem is growing as we speak making more and more real estate across America worthless.....actually less than worthless because it is a liability.

Only those who are friends of Timmy G, or Benny B, or Bushwacker, or Obamarama, or Henri Pee on you, or this politician or that Wall Streeter is going to get a favorable contract or a pile of tax payer money?????  What kind of society is that to live in???  How is that different than capitalism.

Totalitarianism is totalitarianism no matter what wrapper you put on it...Communism, Fascision, Capitalism, Socialism.....regardless of the system, personal responsibility, personal freedom, and personal liberity is what made America great.....that has been eroding steadly for the last 20 years and fallen off a cliff in the past eight.

PARTY AFFILIATION DOESN'T MATTER.  BOTH SIDES ARE DRIVING AMERICA INTO A TOTALITARIAN STATE.

If 10 or 100 or 1000 guys on Wall Street have all the money in America.....how many stores, cities, or school districts do you think they will be able to support.

The rest of us will be begging for crumbs.  Unless we get mad enough and stop this right now.....RIGHT NOW!!!!!!!!!!!!!  it may be too late.

At some point, you too will realize we are all frogs in boiling water....just make sure its not too late.

The concentration of wealth to only the chosen ones must be stopped.  Those that are enterprising and productive should attract wealth.....that opportunity for success should be made available to as many as possible to foster competition and maximize the best outcomes....not just those that are appointed or won the ovarian lottery which will inevitably result in a shambles of a society.

China is a communist state but it is moving further and further away from totalitarianism and its economy is becoming more free than ours.

At 2:50 the political hack says "I'm against bailouts, period. Now when we have to do it......" That makes a lot of sense.

Maybe they should have balanced the budget all the years the economy seemed good. They can't even do one of the most important aspects of their job correctly. Its a good thing they're going to fix this mess.

Every time they legislate, the unintended consequences pile on.

This is like watching a magician, they attract the eye away from what they don't want you to see.... and abracadabra, the economy is sawed in half.

The bonuses are outrageous, but when the biggest bill in history is passed and not read, what do we expect? They are trying to shift the outrage to AIG away from themselves. The political shell game contunues.

Good post, as usual! :). The thing here is we need someone with political mojo to lead the charge. Do you know someone? There are plenty of people willing to jump on the bandwagon, but you have to have money and political influence to get there. Someone who can catch the medias attention and who can conveh the message!

I get your point as do many here, but where can we go from here. Writing representatives does no good. I have written mine and a few more. No one wants to upset the applecart. They are all waiting for Obama to fail or his ratings to go down or something before they do anything. Unfortunately it will probably be too late. It may be now!

See anyone to foot the bill?
