We are Greece

June 14, 2011 – Comments (4)

Protesters flocked the streets of Chicago today to give business leaders the message that it's their responsibility to create jobs. The people are upset with entitlement cuts and have an anomosity to business after their tax dollars went to bail out some businesses. You can't blame them for being upset, but they are demonstrating in the wrong area and should be demonstrating in D.C. or even more appropriately in front of the governor's office. When any state makes you dependent on tax dollars, it's setting you up for the enventual failure of state support.

Protestors?  I see a girl with a latte and another with an iPad. Not much of a protest march compared to Greeks rioting in the streets.  We probably should be rioting with our wages lower than they have been in a decade, but personally I am too busy working for a living to be out rioting...

When you become dependent on the state, eventually you will get marched to the slaughterhouse.
