What Buffett Didn't Say About Goldman
Obviously B-man isn't ready to put other people's $$$ Berkshire's $$$ into GS...
Obviously the spinners can spin this anyway they want, but this is a luxury the B-man gets.
From his ill gotten billions, or retention of them, as a result of his rich uncle's actions ( US Fed and Treasury ) aka USA Gov-ment.
Must be nice to have the rules rewritten.
Fortunately or unfortunately, eventually father time will catch up to the B-man... maybe he'll name his farmer kin the next CEO... before then.
Thanks for the comment, but, unfortunately, it's complete nonsense.
Whats complete nonsense ?
my comment ? or the many advantages someone like Warren has over just about 99.9% of the other participants.
Or the fact that the rules of the game have been rewritten even for institutions such as Goldman... How when financial ruin came, Uncle Sam stepped in to keep them afloat with game changing rules ?
It's one thing to play a game, it's another thing to play it when the referees are corrupt and also active participants in the game and its outcome.
Personally I would love for Warren to give away all his money and try to recreate it again from scratch.
Imagine the surprise to see him waiting tables and heading to the library to try to invest in that days tips ?
What do you think he would invest in ? in such a predicament ?
I have an idea...
Why is all your text in boldface?
