What did the headline imply?

May 20, 2008 – Comments (2) | RELATED TICKERS: AIG

The head line read:
AIG raised capital in region of $20 billion, CEO says

So, I read the article in shock that they were able to raise that much.  Reading it is says "in debt and equity."  So, how does raising debt fix their gross over leveraged position?

How much real money did they raise?

AIG is so F****D if they sell their airline leasing business, because it gives them so many tax advatages from the accelrated deprecation on the airplanes.  I think AIG is screwed lol, I think I have them as a red thumb, if I don't thanks for the reminder.

I am amazed that our CAP points align so well since we have  many different stocks underperformed. I would like to copy some more of your picks, but I am out of room. (Of course my accuracy sucks from over trading)

Why not write a resume and get paid for your analysis?  I think your track record makes you hireable? The pay can be lucrative in finance. I asked this before, but I could not find where....

You can kick me 2 and 20 for the idea?
