Mr. Coholic,

"Money McBags appreciates your support but as of now the only way to be alerted to when new columns go up is through twitter, facebook, and the bat signal.  Money McBags may start posting his column on the Fool again but right now he is having creative differences with them as they think he is spam and he thinks they are using him for his looks.  Perhaps it will be worked out over time, but as for now, Money McBags is on hiatus from posting there.

That said, Money McBags respects your hatred of facebook and twitter (where one can actually follow the "consistency and volume of your last dump") and would like nothing to do with them himself, but he must get the word out to the people about the award winning When Genius Prevailed and thus has to lower himself to those vile forms of media.

That said, Money McBags believes this http://whengeniusprevailed.com/feed/ should deliver the simplicity and timeliness of an email and should meet your needs.  Alternatively, just check the site nightly (as that seems to be when columns are now getting finished) and if you get lucky, you may find this.

And don't forget to tell a friend because Money McBags feels he is delivering the kind of value that should help everyone out in these difficult times."

To the pain,

Money McBags

Heres my original E-mail-

Hello Mr. Mcbags.

I'm a big fan of your work, and was wondering if if were possible to get E-mail alerts to the award winning When Genius Prevailed.

You see I don't Facebook, Tweet or any of the other time wasters that let your freinds know the consistency and volume of your last dump.

My computor skills are as inept as the Feds fiscal policy.

Since you no longer post on The Motley Fool, I'm jonesing for my Mcbags fix like Lindsay Lohan right now.

Yes I could simply put you on favourites, but then you would be short of the million followers that you so well deserve.

Thank you for your time,
Al

It's sad to see him caught up in the spam filter, I really enjoyed his blogs. They were a good laugh everyday!

Bring him back TMF!

I actually think he was spammy. He had 1-2 good posts a day but the other 5-10 were subpar and pushing other people's posts down. Originally, it was a couple of posts a day. OK. But towards the end there were just too many posts.

I don't think anybody should be able to post more than 3 blogs a day because with so many blogs quality suffers.

Wait what? I didn't ever see more than 1 post/day if that from him... Did I miss something?

I like outoffocus's idea on getting rid of spammers except that I'd "take em out behind the barn" & woop em with a switch; just like any good Redneck would do.

Matter of fact, I think I've got one of them hanging onto my coat-tails right now in Favorites. I'm ass-u-ming but I could very well be wrong. I'm hoping that this favorite puts something into their profile & Caps picks soon, as its all blank at this point in time.

I've weeded out a few others & flagged them this year.

Gentlemen, Ladies, Alan Greenspan,

Someone shot Money McBags this blog post and he felt it was his duty (and yes, he said duty) to respond.

1.  Mr. Coholic, Money McBags is fine with you posting an email he sent you personally, but if you do, please get the links right.  Posting a work of Money McBags and not including the links is like leaving the pitchfork out of American Gothic, the iambic pentameter out of Shakespeare, or the money shots out of a bukkake film.  As Money McBags is very protective of his work, he must include those missing links from the email above to insure his work can live on unfettered for posterity:  This was the link for the "bat signal,"  this was the link for "consistency and volume of your last dump,"  this was the link for "and if you get lucky, you may find this," and this was the link for "delivering the kind of value."  As you can see, they bring much levity and insight in to an otherwise light, informative, and yet slightly vapid email.

2.  Mr. gambit, first of all Zdravstvuĭte, ona s vami?  Secondly Money McBags writes one column a day (though every once in a while he will have a column and a more detailed small cap stock analysis) and thus as Option1307 correctly pointed out, Money McBags posted only once a day on the Fool except for on two or three occasions.

3.  Money McBags appreciates the love and the readers of the Fool.  He is glad he has been able to provide some of you with insight, analysis, and a few laughs.  But Money McBags hasn't gone anywhere.  He is still writing his daily column on the award winning When Genius Prevailed and edging closer to his goal of 1MM readers (in fact, given that time is relative, he has likely already far surpassed that mark in some current parallel reality).  And not just that, but Money McBags is working on some exciting new brand extensions and hopefully some very delightful partnerships.  That said, he'd be happy to work with the Fool to continue to make sure you all still get your dose of his daily column, but alas, the ball is in their court and not his.  You the readers drive the Fool's site, so if you don't want to sign up for the feed http://whengeniusprevailed.com/feed/, click over to the award winning When Genius Prevailed daily, or get updates from Money McBags via twitter, facebook, or the bang bus (google that at your own peril), let the Fool know and perhaps we can work something out where Money McBags is not spam and Money McBags doesn't feel like he is doing a walk of shame every day after posting.  Money McBags truly appreciates his readers, has liked the interaction with the Fool and all of you, and would be happy to continue the relationship in some form (though perhaps with a bit more cuddling and fewer nipple clamps, and Money McBags has absolutely no idea what that means, but he always wanted write the words "nipple clamps").  So we will see what the future holds, but it is certain that Money McBags' will continue to pump out his daily column and he hopes that you all continue to read it whether it once again gets posted here or not.

Bottoms Up,

Money McBags

Mr Mcbags, no disrespect was intended. I'm html-tarded and could not get the links to show up here. I would say I have the computor skills of a chimp, but that would be an insult to chimps everywhere.

Sorry a few more things to tidy up as the outpouring of love has warmed the cockles of Money McBags' heart (and remember, his heart has huge cockles).

1.  Mr. Coholic, it is all love.  Money McBags often forgets to turn safe search off when he is googling pics of Veronica Varekova so he totally understands being computer illiterate at times.

2.  As a special treat for his readers, the homophonically challenged Money McBags left a grammatical easter egg in his first post.  The lucky reader to spot it gets a tattered edition of Strunk and White to use as a paperweight.

3.  There is now one more way to follow Money McBags.  Zerohedge has added Money McBags as a contributor and his column will now appear as part of their rotation (until they come to their senses, which could be any second).  This proves once and for all that one man's spam is another man's candwich

So while Money McBags would prefer you go directly to the award winning When Genius Prevailed so he can monetize the traffic (which is funny because he has no ads and as always charges nothing but your dignity), there are still multiple ways to stumble on to his column.   But again, Money McBags really does like the Fool readers and would be happy to continue to post daily blurbs here if a suitable resolution can be achieved to make all parties happier than Kirstie Alley at an all you can eat sizzler.

To the pain,

Money McBags
