What You Non Lawyer Sheep DON'T Understand

Every American citizen.....and many non citizens.....are JOINTLY and SEVERALLY LIABLE for the actions of our government and political leaders.......it is simply the law and you must obey.

The easiest action for Sheep to understand is when government declares war.....all the sheep declare war......regardless whether the declaration is just or unjust.....and when government declares war......you must hand over your kids.....or yourself, if the appropriate age.....and go fight, and maybe die or lose some limbs for your government.....remember, you are just sheep.

The same is true when government borrows money......when the government borrows money, you borrow money....and when the government gets really deep in debt, the sheep get really deep in debt.  And if the government goes broke, the sheep go broke too because the government must take everything the sheep have to pay back the government's debt....and if that debt is more than the sheep have....then the sheep have nothing.

This is a legal/accounting issue....so you sheep who studied economics or other diciplines, like spelling, really can't understand this......but there are many people who have been sentenced to death, and actualy died, that never really understood why they were convicted of a crime.

I put most of you sheep in that catagory....that is why you are sheep.....you simply don't understand.....and I don't hold it against you........it is simply a fact and my job as your blogging attorney to explain it to you.

Now our Federal Government alone is borrowing about $1.6 trillion dollars per year, not including the billions that cities, counties and states are borrowing.....and since only about 10% of the American population really have sufficent funds to even fantasize covering this massive deficit.....that equals about $50,000 per year for every man woman and child in the top 10%.......we now know that it is a deficit that is mathematically impossible to sustain because the top 10% don't earn $50,000 per year for every man, women and child....so what if we just limit the liability to the top 5%....that would be $100,000 per year for every man, woman and child.......whoops, the top 5% don't make it either.

So let's limit it to the really rich.....you know the top 1%....or $500,000 for every man, woman and child....simply to maintain the deficit.....if we were talking about the total Federal Debt....we would be closer to $4,000,000 for every man, woman and child....and again we don't get there.

So you see my sheep, when government goes to war.....you go to war......and when politicians borrow money, you borrow money too........and when the borrow more money than you have....you are broke....we are all broke.

DO YOU KNOW HOW FUNNY IT IS GOING TO BE WHEN YOU SHEEP  LEARN THAT YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE TO PAY IT BACK........? DID YOU REALLY THINK GOVERNMENT COULD BORROW ALL THAT MONEY AND YOU JUST SIT THERE AND THINK ALL WAS OK.....I GUESS THAT EXPLAINS MADOFF'S CLIENTS.

IT DOESN'T MATTER HOW RICH YOU ARE......YOU ARE BROKE.....SO NOW THE QUESTION IS ARE WE GOING TO GO TO WAR TO DISTRACT YOU BEFORE WE EVER FIND OUT.....BECAUSE WHEN WE GO TO WAR, WE GIVE UP EVERYTHING WE HAVE....WHETHER YOU OR I LIKE IT OR NOT......AND IT MAY EVEN INCLUDE OUR LIVES.

IT IS NOT THE END OF THE WORLD....SO YOU DOOM AND GLOOMERS STAY AWAY.....JUST THE END OF A WORLD AS YOU KNOW IT.

Al, we all understand.

Why, you have not taken your family to some desert isle is beyond me.

Personally I watch the ticker, with a list of short ETF's ready for when the S#it hits the fan.

msft....I was boating today with my wife and kids.....a deserted isle doesn't suit my preferences.....I am a people person;)

When the sh*t hits the fan....the ticker, money and gold will likely not matter....so why not have fun for the time being....

But if you saw your neighbor, or friend's wife or daughter being raped right before your eyes....or even a sheep in this case, would you remain silent.....especially if no one else said a thing.

Not Alstry.....I have a goal......but that is not important.

I once sued a publicly traded company, as the Plaintiff, not the lawyer...the behavior was so bad I could not believe the world wasn't lining up to sue as well....but it was only yours truly.

When I walked into my attorney's office...who happened to be a friend from law school....he couldn't believe the facts were as I presented....by the time the case was completed.....he was amazed the facts were even worse....after we learned some non public things through discovery.....it was even more amazing it was it was just me with the suit.

No msft....most don't understand...they don't view it as their own money or production.......or else the sheep would be rioting each time the government handed their money to Wall Street.....or their staff, or politican's family vacations.

They will find out soon...but at this point, I am afraid its too late....my suggestion is stop looking at the ticker and do something productive.

Al,

Don't you think this is like preaching to the choir.

Why not post your emergency plans.

I've got that covered my freind, I just wonder if your time spent on Caps would be better served informing the masses who don't follow politics or economics?

Hey Alstry:

Just an interesting perspective from a honest small distributor business that has been around for 6 1/2 decades. Although business has leveled off from a year ago (still down 35% from 4 years ago)- seems like within the last 3 months more of the factories we represent have been aggressive in asking for payment in quicker terms or pre-payment in incidences where we had a long history of credit. This while long term customers are increasing the amount of time they pay in. Even a week or two in average payment length adds up when talking about cash flow. Our company has survived all kinds of cycles- but I can see how many companies can go out of business when not watching their margins all while getting squeezed with inflows and outflows.

alasker....conditions have stablized for now because government is running a massive deficit.....without that deficit, the economy would come to a grinding halt.

But what most Americans fail to understand is that we are the one's responsible for paying back the debt...and at some point, bankers will determine we are no longer a good credit risk.

Economists, and seemingly much of the population, believed that homeowners could keep borrowing and spending from their homes indefinitely....

until they were cut off from credit by Wall Street and bankers......afterwards everything crashed until government picked up the borrowing and spending slack.......then things stabilized, albeit at much lower levels.

At some point government will not be able to borrow anymore as tax receipts decline and obligations rise........at that point, there will be nothing large enough to bail out America....

then what?  how do you tell the American people they have to step up and cover our collective government deficit?
