When Your Wealth Depends On a Ponzi Scheme...

October 29, 2010 – Comments (3)

As Americans....we are all dependent on the Federal Reserve for our perception of our wealth because our wealth is measured in dollars and The Fed controls the value of the is both a means of exchange and a store of wealth.

Right now, based on the representations of Bill Gross, we know the current Fed is running a Ponzi Scheme to maintain the illusion of prosperity in America....a scheme similar in nature to the one run by Bernie Madoff and Tom Petters....but this one doesn't need "new" money to pay existing investors.

Not only is the Fed running a Ponzi Scheme....but our government is running an UNPRECEDENTED budget deficit and our nation is running a MASSIVE trade deficit pushing inflation around the we are contracting credit to the private sector putting much of our economy in a historic depression......

The only things keeping our system function is Benny The B's Ponzi Scheme funding our politicians insatiable spending habits.....NEVER BEFORE HAS THIS HAPPENED IN AMERICA HISTORY.

all of this "revenue growth" and "earning growth" is simply a derivative of Benny's Ponzi scheme and our government deficit......

Quite frankly, I am not sure exactly how this Ponzi Scheme unravels....but no nation can run a massive trade defcit and massive budget deficit simultaneously CNBC and economists tell you have great everything is going......

the same people that didn't see the crash, ENRON, the housing crash, banking crash, pension crisis, municipal crisis....etc.......

Prognostication: The Central Banks of all nations will get together and work out a "fair and equitable " solution before it all goes bad. As a matter of fact I'm sure that theirs is the game plan currently running. =)

Do you think after a crash the politicians and talking heads will be saying "Nobody could have seen this coming.  It really blind sided us!"?

The problem with this Ponzi Scheme is it implicates BOTH or politicians and bankers......they are two hands clapping together.

Ask yourself this question...what would you do if you had unlimited power and saw this situation unraveling?
