Who made your smartphone and/or tablet?

This week i have been looking from a different angle at smartphones because i wanted to profit from all at once instead of picking just smartphone stocks.

I started doing some research into supply chains and wanted to find out what components were/are in the different phones. I found out that most phones use very different manufacturers but also use alot of the same ones.

My initial idea was to write an article or a blog about it but the list got way too long and i decided to start another account and place all the different companies there. I may write that article after all after some more research but for now i'll have a neat, smart, techlist.

I invite you to take a look at the account and maybe you'll get some new ideas going over the stocks. I know i did notice some very nice companies among them. Anyway, have a look here.

For now, good luck on another bearish day

That's a pretty big list!  If you want to include another you can add DELL to the list.  I recently started playing with their Dell Inpiron Duo tablet.  It's similar in size to the iPad but thicker b/c it includes an actual keyboard which I really prefer having available when I want to type more than a couple words.  It runs Win7 out of the box but I'm dual booting it w/ another linux based OS called MeeGo.
