One in Five Homes in America is Underwater with its mortgage( Probably 1/3 homes that are mortgaged are underwater)

Foreclosures are at record highs and GROWING

Credit Card Defaults have exceeded 10% for the first time in History

Over 600,000 Americans are filing for First Time Unemployment Claims each week

Unemployment is reaching levels we have never seen in OVER 60 years.

Millions of small businesses are facing HUGE financial hurdles and on the brink of shutting down.

Homebuilder backlog is DOWN about  80% of what it was a few years ago and that is AFTER hundreds of builders have shut down and prices have crashed.

Car sales are down about 50% in a few years and thousands of dealers are about to shut down.

Electronics sales are falling and that is AFTER Circuit City, Comp USA, Tweeters and others have closed and liquidated.

Commerical Real Estate vacancies are increasing.

Commerical Real Estate values are crashing.

Commercial Real Estate mortgage defaults are exploding.

Hmmmm.......and the outlook is for even more deterioration.........and there are some idiots out there talking about green shoots, improving outlook, a bottom, a slowing decline,

The reason Alstry and The Institute of Alstrynomics is so good is because it does not feed you BS........if you want it......it is being served everywhere........

Alstry wants you to dislike him......it is about damn time you get mad as the government is taking most of the nations wealth and funding Zombie Banks while smashing this plane into the ground with all of us in it......pretty soon, if the citizens of America don't have any money....niether do you......as most of us are citizens and so is our free market economy.

When there are TMF bloggers like Deej are out there saying holding 20% of debt in cash is a strong financial position.....you know the nation is screwed if people actually believe this nonsense during a period of time revenues are evaporating.....it is pretty amazing what people are believing these days.......

My guess is the postal service still has a long way to go...

So does Autos, Airlines, Banks, Construction, Hotels, Restaurants, Government, Technolocy and Health Care.

People still in doubt or denial should look at GDP decline in Europe. They are not fudging their numbers as much and this reflects the real onset of deflation across the globe.

The shell game continues until there is nowhere left to hide, then the people will be "shocked" when the collapse happens.
