In the end.....our entire system is legally bankrupt. We knew this on 9/09 when we printed money out of thin air to "save" Fannie and Freddie, the FDIC, and the Pension Guaranty.
Once you PRINT, and not the borrow kind of print that most relate, but illegally PRINT OUT OF THIN AIR like QE1 and QE2....THE SYSTEM HAS FAILED....and when you change the laws to make what was illegal/legal....it morally doesn't change things because the act is illegal from inception
In a failed system....investing is over. It is sorta like saying you are investing in Enron even though you know it is cooking the books. As long is the stock is still trading.....people call it investing even though they really know its dead.
Our current Industrial System is no different.....and yes it is still trading for now....until someone calls BS......as more and more are......and then the system collapse and everything gets delisted.
But that doesn't stop many from giving investing advice......or politicians BS you with cuts that aren't really cuts.....
in the mean time, it will be fun watching HUGE FIGHTS on who gets the PRINTED TRILLIONS.....do we kill babies before they are born by funding Planned Parenthood or do we kill them after they are born by bombing the snot out of anyone we feel like.....do we pay teachers or bonus banker's wives with hundreds of millions.....all with money that doesn't really even exist and functions because people are willing to exchange their lives and production for that money.....until the money doesn't function anymore like happening in many countries around the world and the people deem the currency counterfeit.
The reason you hate Alstry is because he blogs the truth......and sometimes the truth is hard to swallow.......but in the end, we are talking about our nation, and its future.....and one day soon, the truth will matter again.......and we will be forced to deal with this issue like adults as our children will be in distress.
and when it does....many will say we couldn't see it coming.......but for now...Fool on as the Industrial Age collapses right before your eyes
