Why Congress and The Gardner Bros Side With Wall Street
Congress insiders: Above the law? - CBS News
60 Minutes on CBS News: Congress insiders: Above the law? - The same insider trading that can land a regular citizen in jail is perfectly legal for members of Congress - Watch "60 Minutes" on Sunday, Nov. 13 at 7 p.m. ET/PT
We now know why Congress does......
But why would the Gardner Bros tell you to invest in companies NOT marking their assets to market, suffering anemic sales growth despite a massive deficit, and rife with Insider Trading by those supposedly in charge of maintaining the integrity of the system?
Soon, we will look back and ask....how could we have been so indifferent to the lives of those around us who were not bailed out....just so we could play with the ticker and maintain our perception of bailed out wealth.
Just part of the cycle of life of too big to fail......
The Plantation owners looked the other way because their lifestyle was too big to fail
The Germans looked the other way because their lifestyle was too big to fail
Men looked the other way because their control over women was too big to fail
Penn State looked the other way because the football program was too big to fail
Religous leaders look the other way because the institution was too big to fail
and now we look the other way......because our perception of wealth is too big to fail.....regardless of how many must injustly suffer to maintain it......
