How do you know a worthless penny stock lithium battery wanne be and it's "former parent?" You could look at the gruesome financials, pictured above. Alternately, you could read press releases like this one, discussing short position, clearly aimed at collecting a following of two types of bagholders: those that believe short squeezes are the road to riches, and those who believe that companies who complain about short interest are somehow fighting for the downtrodden.

Or, you could simply look at the carrier of the PR. If it's Marketwire, you can pretty much bet you're getting the market's finest junk.

Get your virtual shorts in now, folks, before these two perfect examples of bogusness return to the penny bin whence they came.

Fun bonus, here's the stunning bio on the CEO of Superlattice:

Holly A. Roseberry has been the President and Chief Executive Officer of Zingo, Inc. (formerly Javakingcoffe Inc.) since August 30, 2005. Ms. Roseberry served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Hybrid Technologies Inc. since November 15, 2002 and served as its Principal Financial Officer and Principal Accounting Officer. Ms. Roseberry served as President of Global Electric of Whistler Investments Inc. Ms. Roseberry was appointed as Whistler Investments Inc.'s Secretary, Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer on February 20, 2002. On November 15, 2002, she resigned from these positions and was appointed as Whistler's President, Chief Executive Officer and as a Director. From 2001 to the present, she has acted as manager for 24/7 Drycleaning Laundromat, a private Las Vegas business. Ms. Roseberry was employed as business office manager of the Las Vegas location of Wards Department Store from 1997 to 1999; Ms. Roseberry was not employed from 1999-2001. From 1993 to 1996, she acted as Human Resources Manager of the same location. She has been a Director of Hybrid Technologies Inc. since November 15, 2002. She serves as a Director of Zingo Inc. (formerly Javakingcoffe Inc.). She obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree from Sacred Heart University in Bridgeport, Connecticut in 1973.

Thanks to Tastylunch for bringing this dreck to my attention.

And here's Holly's insider dumping record on HYBR...

Doesn't speak of much faith in the outfit.

Np happy to be of service. I owed you a favor anyway. I think I said something pretty dumb on your blog a couple months back so I'm happy to have made it up.

Gotta love these OTC fraudsters, they make reading 10Q and 10Ks fun

What a crock, this company is managed by a bunch of amature's.  The only thing HYBR is good at is press releases, just a smoke and mirrors game.  When the auto industry is ready to adopt lithium as the technology of the future they will just run this company over.  Stay away from HYBR.
