Vatican’s economic statement will be way to the left of Wall Street financiers

http://life.nationalpost.com/2011/10/21/vaticans-economic-statement-will-be-way-to-the-left-of-wall-street-financiers/

Does he call for the end of the IMF and FED and Central Banks and IMO Corrupt World Bank. Nope. Does he call for a decoupling of the worlds finances? Nope. Does this Pope call for a more global approach. He can't even keep corruption out of his house yet he says we need more

The encyclical notes the globalization that has taken place, but he notes that globalization “makes us neighbors but does not make us brothers.” True “development of peoples,” he writes, “depends, above all, on a recognition that the human race is a single family working together in true communion, not simply a group of subjects who happen to live side by side.” The goal of such development, he says, is “rescuing peoples, first and foremost, from hunger, deprivation, endemic diseases and illiteracy.”

Sounding like a union organizer, Benedict argues that “Lowering the level of protection accorded to the rights of workers, or abandoning mechanisms of wealth redistribution in order to increase the country’s international competitiveness, hinder the achievement of lasting development.”

I agree that the goal first and foremost is to get rid of hunger, deprivation, endemic diseases and illiteracy but by people and not government wealth transfers of one group to another. I understand where he comes from through. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Joseph_Ratzinger

Benedict even supports an international “political, juridical and economic order which can increase and give direction to international cooperation for the development of all peoples in solidarity.” The purpose of this world authority would be “To manage the global economy; to revive economies hit by the crisis; to avoid any deterioration of the present crisis and the greater imbalances that would result; to bring about integral and timely disarmament, food security and peace; to guarantee the protection of the environment and to regulate migration….”

Oh well. Time will tell which way this will go. However if he does want the people to be free then he won't try to create a one world governance where everything is fair. IT just makes it worse. Nothing in life is fair. It just is what it is so you have to deal with it. Yet I also look at the pope calling for this and yet see how much wealth gold and yes the only Church that is a Country leads me to believe then if the Pope really wants freedom for all he should speak out against the Money Lenders and preach more about Proverbs 22:7. Those who borrow are slaves to the Money Lender. As for me I just don't care anymore about many things. That is now left for the younger generation. I will buy gold and silver to offset the rising inflation and vote Ron Paul and stop and smell the roses.
