Zhone Technologies is a company that I have been following for over seven years.  Over the past years, Zhone has acquired 12 different companies to obtain various technologies that they have incorporated into their product line.  Virtually all of their products are products that have been introduced over the past 18 months and can deliver bandwidth at up to 1 terabit per second or more then twice the current industry norm or any other competitor.  Zhone already has established a complete international sales network and is currently ranked the third largest equipment supplier in Central & Latin America in addition to the middle East.  Therecustomer base is currently over 750.
