Very cheap stock, with buyback program and a hefty dividend. They have a good amount of long term debt, but is consistent with prior years and appears to be suitable for the business. See also recent Baron's article.

can't compete in this market with so much debt. There is no wiggle room and that spells being screwed when you are competing against cash cows like karmax, carmart and autonation
