If they don't have to pay out now, in our current environment, then they never will. If they never have to pay out then what good is paying for their "insurance"? So either this company has the perfect business model where they get money for nothing, or they had their fun and are going down no matter what happens.

Abk is worth double its 50 day moving avg today and could easily at its pace cross over its 200 day avg in the next month or so. Which would put it around 10.00. Rest assured Abk will follow mbi and MBI will cross over its 200 day moving avg on 08/27/2008....... from its 52 week low

Inside buying of 1,194,499 shares of common stock on 09/03/2008 at the price of 8.65 each. Total cost was $10,332,416.35 . Thats alot of money and shares for a company going out of business or back to 0. As alot of the caps players state.
