This is a bond insurer that has a terrible subprime portfolio. $800 billion worth of subprime loans will reset in the second half of this year (2007). $18.7 billion worth of subprime loans are sitting on AMBAC's books. The exposure is equal to 284.4%...

Dead cat bounce? I am betting that this will be one of the ones considered too big to fail. This will be either a -100 or +1000 on my CAPs score. I might go in with a few real bucks. Its like a play at the roullette wheel.
