These student housing projects are gorgeous. I don't see how students could NOT live in them.
I completely agree. P/E is crazy right now, but I went to college in a community with a few of ACC's complexes, and they are crazy nice. It's like resort living for college students. No matter how bad the economy gets, all of my friends can still find COLLEGE level jobs and afford the ridiculously cheap rent that includes everything. The one's I'm living in now are actually at capacity. I think this stock will continue to struggle short term, but this is a long term pick for me. This is the way college living is heading, I'm jumping on board now!
