Adobe has fully digested Macromedia and is looking to improve margins through cost containment and operating efficiencies over the next few quarters. The combination of Acrobat and Flash is formidible competition to Microsoft. Companies who compete with Microsoft, eg. Oracle and SAP will embrace the Adobe alternative to MSFT.
