OPEC cuts, Oil per barrel goes up. Bad weather increases because of global warming causing less supply and constant demand. Arab countries no longer fear oil price inflation. All this adds to the likelyhood of ethenol as an alternative, i.e. as long as storing hydrogen is not cost efficient.
