One word: ethanol.
It may not be the answer, but right now it's the most popular and most available option. Even if it doesn't work out, ADM has its hand in all manners of food processing with its foot in the heartland of America's breadbasket. It will see tremendous growth this year. I'm not so hot on it as a long term option just yet, though.

Just a followup to my original pitch: ADM today announced a partnership with ConocoPhillips, further strengthening their edge on the ethanol supply chain. It may not be the miracle fuel we're looking for, but as it gains popularity over the next 5 years with more flex fuel vehicles and more availability of E85 at filling stations, their bottom line will benefit tremendously.
