At about 9 and a half times earnings and over a 2% dividend, no debt...how can you not buy, unless you think the sky is falling, once we are through all the fear, its off to the races for AEO

the sky IS falling sir.

inflation, oil, gas, basics, foreclosures and unemployment are up.

earliest buy opportunity is spring 2009, and i mean earliest.
