The malls in New York/New Jersey are filled to the gills with kids and they're only in certain stores. American Eagle is one of them. A ~3.5B market cap with a P/E of LESS THAN 10, with good earnings, and downright noble earnings and statements. (Even though I bought at 28, and still own it), I am shocked and awed by the downturn. Seriously: good, comfortable, mainstream, stylish clothes are a much hotter commodity than silver. People don't want crappy Wal-mart clothes forever. They want something versatile, presentable, and casual, solid, real. What gives?

Good to hear about the New York retail sector...I own alot of this stock and agree that teens will continue to buy trendy clothes and AEO is very trendy.
