I bought per argument that:- Solid company in a beaten up market- low PE- value price- recent insider buying.

Great stock over the past years, and the financials appear to be heading similar directions in years to come. The brand is still fresh as a style for teens and young adults. A discount and bargain compared to Abercrombie.

Fear of being Gapped? My only guess on this is that folks are afraid AEO will go the way of Gap Stores and are selling shares after a nice 2006-07 run.
