I don't like their business model. They provide customized IT solutions and services by reselling products by IBM, HP, EMC, etc. But most vendors want to sell directly to large companies, bypassing middlemen like Agilysys. This leaves them competing with lots of other resellers for middle and low tier customers. They cannot compete directly with their suppliers by for the really large accounts.
