A very different company than it was pre-crisis. Sold off many divisions to remake itself into a leaner company with much greater focus. Will be one of the better turnaround stories of the whole credit crisis era.

One of my biggest problems with a company selling off some of their assets is they sometimes sell off the best ones! This makes the bottom line look better for the near term but the future bottom line? CHK is selling some off it's assets but if you look at which ones this is a good move on their part as is not the case with some companys. The future potenial with the ones held is the key.
A leaner company is better but must be leaner in a positive way.
Just had to put my 2 cents in LOL.
