This company has its worst days behind it. A company, just like a person, can continue living in the doghouse, or figure out that after cleaning up its act, living inside the homestead is a better deal.

AIG has always been about getting the best deal and as a matter of survival they must be crystal clear that they will do more than just make some great moves for the market to give it some love.

But, that being said, sales of some non-core assets, share buybacks, and getting Uncle Sam out of the doghouse with it seems to be getting the stock to rise of late, and that trend will likely continue in my opinion.
