One of the few ways for average retail investors to participate in the early stages of company growth. I find it difficult to evaluate financials, but think that ROE (high, at over 22%) should be a good indicator of performance.

It offers too much to pass up in this environment but I would not advise overweight as the jury is still out on this heavy private equity involvement.
