Granted the history isn't there to make you feel warm and fuzzy, but that dividend is impossible to ignore. Especially when it's at a reasonable payout ratio.

Discount to NAV, asset values assessed lower due to credit crunch. If they were over-leveraged like the banks, this would be bad, but their financing is tied to each project so they can wait out the tough times.
