leveraged at 4/1 with a declining cashflow. Lots of income has come from sales of properties, which will be more difficult to execute due to tightening of lending requirements. As they are a REIT, they have to pay out most cashflow to maintain their tax status. This will put a hurt on their ability to weather the downturn.
