This stock closed at its 52-week high on Friday, and it has a PEG ratio of 2.67. Cramer says you should not pay more than 2 times growth because most big funds won't, and the big funds are the movers and shakers on Wall Street. I am pretty new to this, but this looks like a stock that may be headed for a downfall.

Why would a company that weathered the ugly mortgage fallout and her trend is up, would be heading down?When a company is going up, it will have some dips, and this one is no exception
