This company has had a large share dilution every year for the past four years. Since they don't pay out dividends, your stock prices will continue to fall, especially in the wake of unpredictable earnings. Certainly, the company doesn't care any debt, but their simply "borrowing" that cash from new investors by diluting current investor's valuation. Even worse, they have issued an increasing value of stock each year - doing this four years running without increasing dividends is a bad idea.
