Western US driller, refiner and retailer also owns a couple hundred 7-11's and buying more. These retailers can be added to the 1200 FINA Gas Stations Alon already owns. Company also supplies Asphalt to the SW States. Driving season = BIG margins...

Well managed, diversified with all of the 7-11 stores which get thier gasoline from the refinery, 2 asphalt companys and the addition of refineries in California along with a decent p/e ratio make for a super attractive package.
