Alaska Air Group. This is a value selection. Current price is between $25 and $26 per share. Forward PE is 8.9, near a historic low. PEG is 0.7. With significant Oil & Gas development activity expected in Alaska over the next 10 years, ALK should benefit from higher demand. A significant number of troops returning from middle east deployments to bases in Anchorage should also increase demand for Alaska air travel.
