This company has a float under 100 and is the number P&C insurer in the US. Their underwriting and risk analysts are 2nd to none. I look at Allstate as a "large" version of Metlife, another great company.

Oversold, attractive p/e ratio. I've always liked it when they announce they are ceasing risky coverage- tells me they are being realistic and protecting shareholders.
