It has taken a beating that is more than justified. It is rebounding from red to black with a P/E ration well below it's peers, market cap is 1/5 the revenue. Outperforms its peers in winning several recent contracts. Look for Alcatel to double from $5.5 to more than $10 in the next 5 months
