I think it's retraced enough here. Should be poised to make another run before October 11th. Just make sure to close your position before that date unless you want to gamble on the whims of the FDA.
You could always half gamble and just put in a stop. If the FDA says no you hopefully have your stop in early enough to catch at a point where you still make a profit and if the FDA approves then you just keep changing your stop as you chase after the stock.
