Adding fees to bother its customers isn't going to keep this pig in business. It's a sorry company and I'll be glad to see it go bankrupt.





I live in the DFW area, and thanks to a sweetheart deal that AA has with the DFW airport, Southwest can't fly out of Love field other than to neighboring states. That means I pay more and get p*ss-poor customer service.





I have to fly on this airline a lot because I don't have much choice. It has some of the rudest employees that couldn't care less about customer service. Then they charge you for curbside check-in and still expect you to tip the guy. On the plane the tray on my seat was filthy when I got on board, and the stewardess dude refused to clean it. "Don't have any cleaning supplies, but here's a couple of cocktail napkins to cover up the mess with." Their planes are just filthy flying sewers. Oil prices may finally flush the toilet on them.





Obviously, there is some personal hatred of this company involved, but I think this one will head to bankruptcy court within the next 12 months.
