Their margin soon will go steep up. They bought this Kiva company to rely on robotics, so picking costs will soon be reduced dramatically. And they are experimenting with alternative delivery systems (parcel-pick-up boxes etc.) In the long-term technology and the volume of their shipments will put them in a position to establish an alternative parcel-delivery structure not relying on personal delivery.And of course the amazon cloud as well as their content and customer service rocks. I hope their is a nice plan regarding leadership after Jeff Bezos. I love companies, who think long-term.
