This stock is way overvalued. It's good to short it if it goes over $110/share b/c it's only worth about $40-$50/share currently. I would buy it if it goes under $30/share, given that the fundamentals of the company remain the same.
You are long CLF and short ANR. Assuming the merger goes through, you are doing the opposite of what any competent arbitrager would do. Even if the merger does not go through, it appears more likely that MT, who Harbinger appeared to be banking on for a buyout, is more interested in ANR than CLF.
