Price-to-Sales ratio is almost 7 and P/E is 45. That's OK if there is incredible growth but they just guided lower. Also, insiders selling like crazy and management diluting existing shareholders by issuing shares. Yes in a poor economy more people will take online courses, but this company's share of that business will not be enough to prevent a 40-70% price drop in this stock.
