piggybacking on mcd's success in s.america? sounds like a good business plan. not sure mcd's will reach saturation levels that they enjoy domestically, however they will give it the old college try and at the current price level this is a interesting play. as much as americans like to believe people around the world will reject our fast food culture, mcd's has done an impressive job marketing their product to the masses, regardless of the continent.
i'm putting real money on this one and looking for a double in the next 2 yrs. I view this as a growth play now, but being tied to mcd's brand, as the stock matures in the long term this could evolve into a solid dividend payer.
