Commercial construction usually lags the roof tops. As an engineer in the commercial and residential construction field, I have notice this tend. Commercial construction may not hit bottom until months after the housing market has improve. It has been reported that home buying activity has increased in California and Nevada. http://money.aol.com/news/articles/qp/ap/_a/housing-shares-move-higher-on-buyer-traffic-index/rfid131062086?channel=%22pf%22. This may be the begining to the end of the trampled industry and economy.
