Looks like ARP has good potential to grow. Keeping costs low and margins high would definitely help in maintaining a healthy balance sheet.

well liked company with a well stocked moat. customer relie on the services ARP provides. almost 50 percent income growth, and ready to expand beyond CA. currently very under valued.
