I don't even know how this is legal. The company (which basically consists solely of its founder) issued stock to the founder for less than $0.01. Oh, by the way, she's also CEO of another company- EHSI (which may or may not be defunct now) Must be a busy lady. I just feel bad that someone out there is buying this stuff.
