Activision Blizzard will be huge. World of Warcraft alone is more than enough reason to buy. For those that doubt WoW's longevity (I see no reason why to, though) Blizz already has a next-gen MMO in development. Yes, the cash will flow in for a long time to come.

Will this have any effect on the stock NCTY if this is a hit?

To be honest, I'm not sure, though I would lean towards no. NCTY operates Warcraft, among other games, in China. The fact that you will soon be able to effectively buy Blizzard stock next year shouldn't have any impact on the company that operates the game in China. Nothing really changes for NCTY.

What will most definitely affect NCTY is if Blizzard's new MMO is a hit and it is released through NCTY in China. Then you can count on the stock rising a bit from that.

Guitar Hero will continue to sale out in retail stores through January and Feb. To many people have gone wild for the Guitar Hero and Band willing to take long trips just to get one in stock. May even say a frenzy is to get a Guitar Hero. Even buying another system if sold out one type of systems Guitar hero.
